1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the My Pet Child application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the application.

2. Medical Disclaimer

My Pet Child is a tool for tracking and organization only. The application does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions regarding a pet's medical condition.

You acknowledge that reliance on any information provided by the app, including medication reminders, is solely at your own risk. The app is not responsible for missed doses, incorrect entries, or any health complications resulting from the use of the service.

3. User Accounts & Security

Access to certain features requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials provided via Firebase Authentication. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pro Subscriptions & Payments

We offer a PRO Tier subscription that provides additional features such as multiple pet profiles and PDF reports. Payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store and RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Family Sync & Data Sharing

The "Family Sync" feature allows you to share pet data with other users via a Family Code. By sharing this code, you authorize those users to view and modify your pet's health logs, medications, and photos. You are responsible for managing who has access to your household data.

6. User Content & Images

You retain ownership of any photos or data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display that content specifically for the purpose of providing the application's services to you and your authorized caregivers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pet Child shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss or pet health issues.
